South Face Fresh Hop Mountain IPA - 440ml

This is our mountain IPA #4, the first one brewed with fresh hops. South Face climbs in the Southern Alps are generally considered the most difficult due to being “white” year-round but also considered the most gratifying. So too is brewing with fresh hops, an opportunity that only presents itself once every year. Getting the chance to extract the goodness from the freshest New Zealand hops and capture it in a unique brew is very exciting, challenging and gratifying at the same time, similar to a challenging climb. In South Face, Nectaron hops are the hero of the flavour profile. Tropical and citrus sparkle throughout with a solid piney and resinous base representing the West Coast elements of this Mountain IPA brew. Overall, this beer is complex yet smooth and approachable, big, bold and beautiful as you’d expect from an extraordinary adventure.
