Adios is brewed with Zappa, a wild neo-mexicanus hop that was recovered from the mountains of New Mexico, and topped with El Dorado, Azacca and Talus hops to bring a tropical fruit and citrus profile on the nose. Add in the classic West Coast IPA hops, Chinook and Simcoe, and Adios delivers a clean and fruity attitude, putting a Mexicali twist on the venerable West Coast IPA. 6.5% ABV
