Dusky Squirrel is not your quintessential Dunkel. It shares all the Dunkel attributes plus it brings just a little bit more. This beer is lightly infused with ginger, bitter orange peel and cinnamon to present subtle warming spice notes that blend seamlessly with the dark malt nuances. Deep amber in color, this beer delivers sweet malt and gentle spice notes on the nose which give way to a smooth taste experience of intertwined malt and spices. Mild ginger leads the way, yielding to rich malts which in turn give way to a finish of clean bitter orange. A truly engaging experience. 4.8% ABV
